there's a lingering sadness and anxiety that may visit from time to time. a dense state of being, or the heaviness of the world. feelings, thoughts, ideas, experiences, beliefs, coming to visit in droplets or from the farthest depths. coming to visit. well, everything will be okay. do not feel small forever. whatever heaviness weighs u down, will pass by and go. whatever heaviness weighs u down, again, will pass by and go. knowing that everything will be okay, is a precious and comforting thing to remember.
